Len and his crew did an excellent job on replacing my old bathtub with a beautiful new shower. I was kept informed every step of the way. They let me know right away if there were any problems and did their best to remedy them as soon as possible. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They even graciously hung my bathroom accessories when they were finished. I would highly recommend this company.

My main residential sewer pipe had become interrupted in my crawl space dumping raw sewage for several weeks. I contacted numerous potential service providers who declined my job before I found VRS. They were quick, friendly, expert and had a good price/value relationship for services rendered.

VRS was there when our AC unit leaked through 2 floors while on vacation. They were thorough with explanations on what needed to be done and timely at our appointments. It was a seamless process given the circumstances. They are very knowledgeable on how to work with insurance companies as well which was nice as they were able to work with the adjuster directly and made it easy for me!

A delivery van got stuck in my yard and catapulted across the driveway when their spinning tires finally caught traction. It smashed through the foundation of my garage, pushed a wall in and tore out the garage door. It went so far into the garage that it pushed the steps into my kitchen sideways splitting the hand rail. The delivery company had insurance to cover the cost of repairs, but I had no idea how to estimate the costs, find the right people to make the repairs and file all the paperwork. Fortunately, I knew Len Phillips and VRS. Len put together a 20 page detailed estimate for the insurance claim. He brought in a structural engineer and all the necessary people to make the repairs. He also had a crew put up a temporary wall to close in the damaged car bay. Basically all we had to do is submit pictures and the VRS proposal to State Farm insurance. In replacing the siding it was difficult to determine the original manufacturer. VRS sent a sample to a company that specializes in identifying siding and we got a perfect match! The final result is that the garage is now better than new. Honest, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and it didn’t cost us a penny!

Best service. The crew went over and beyond to help me. Single mom two kids and a wrecked kitchen. They made sure it was safe and we had the necessities to get the kiddos fed. They were amazing.

5 stars all the way for this team. Lynn the owner, was available by cell phone immediately upon being referred to them. Chris was absolutely wonderful, he was the one that did the demo, and mold remediation. He was professional, thorough, neat, he dealt with the insurance adjuster, he was very responsive and treated my home as if it was his home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than this.

I reached out to VRS after a water damage incident at my rental property. Was very impressed with their responsiveness and they were very patient to understand the situation. Everett from VRS is amazing to work with. He was very responsive and worked outside the office hours to respond to my questions. They completed their assigned task within 3 days within the budget I assigned for the work. Overall a professional company to work with and highly recommended.

First of all, I am a builder and know the difference between construction well done and that which is not. This is also not my first restoration job on my personal home so I have something to compare their work with. I could not have been happier; there was never a question of quality work. Everything they did met my high standards. What I appreciated most was they were timely in their response to getting everything done. To me, that was important as the work quality. I highly recommend Virginia Restoration Services for any restoration and reconstruction work you might have.
