Gus and his crew have helped us with several remodeling projects, including a stone terrace deck and a kitchen remodel, as well as some repair work throughout our home. They are incredibly responsive and perform high quality work, and the end result is simply breathtaking. It gives us great peace of mind to know that any concerns or issues, large or small, can be addressed by this team. Highly recommend!

My experience with this company was awful. They overcharged me, failed to complete the job in a novice manner, and never responded to any of my calls. My wife and I have expressed our concerns to our community. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! ***RATHER THAN CORRECTING THE ISSUE Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service from an Employee by the name A or AS or Aksh who was absolutely under influenced, rude, speaking in vague manners when asked questions, and I was in unbelief that this is happening since this person was ignoring my calls. Finally I got someone to respond me here that I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company and especially the employee by the name of Aaksh or something like that! I generally unappealing presentation. Moreover, Mr. A’s attitude during my interaction with him was unprofessional and indifferent. It was clear that he did not take the time to understand my preferences, resulting in a product that did not meet my expectations. The Floodmasters should be called The Superheroes for their quick, thorough, and thoughtful responses to any water emergency! They make what is a devastating event less stressful, and help get your home back to its original state quickly and painlessly! We’ve had multiple water issues, and Gus and team have been professional and ultra fast responders saving us from further damage and helping us quickly and expertly remediate and resolve our flood issues. The team is honest and hardworking, and their work it top notch. We’ve also used them for projects around the house, such as an amazing office space with custom cabinets- again, they knocked it out of the park. I HIGHLY recommend Flood Masters!… Gus and his team responded immediately, were extremely professional and fast, AND did an amazing job restoring my home. Im extremely detail oriented/OCD so having any work done on my house is nerve-wrecking especially in the midst of an unexpected emergency and I have to say the drywall, baseboards, and flooring repairs/replacement were impeccable. Thank you guys!

Gus and his team do excellent work. Quickly remedied the water problem and made sure the damage was controlled. Then the repairs (ceiling, walls, kitchen flooring, etc) were repaired fast and perfectly. They’ve now done 2 water damage projects and 2 other renovations and he usually adds ideas to a project that are better than my own! Highly recommend this team

My husband and I had Flood masters in to do a main floor renovation. I cannot say enough about what a great job they did. The team was so professional and kept our home clean while working on it. They were very respectful to us and our home because we were still living here. The quality of work that was done was above and beyond anything that I have seen from other renovations people have had done. We just had them back to do our front portico. I highly recommend this company.

Our basement sustained a huge flood due to storm water coming in thru the sump pumps. We had around 4’ of water and it looked like a swamp. Gus and his team came out in the middle of the night and started working immediately. We ended up having to demo the entire basement because there was so much water. I highly recommend Gustavo. He is a lifesaver for anybody in need of his services.

Floodmasters installed a complete kitchen — cabinet, appliances, flooring and lighting — for me. They did a meticulous job and the work was of very high quality. They navigated a number of unique challenges such as getting a large fridge into my narrow row home with no direct street access. We lived at home during the renovation and they contained dust from the rest of the house — something that was a very high priority for me. The team was very pleasant and the boss/owner, Gustavo, communicated well. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them.

Hi hired The Flood Masters to do some flood damage control at one of my rental units. They also replaced the roof on the entire building. Working with them was great and I will continue to use them in the future
