Virginia Restoration Company came through when I needed them in a hurry! Henry responded the afternoon I called after my basement completely flooded. Within 3 hours my basement was gutted and the drying process began. Everyone that I had contact with were prompt, professional, polite, and also gave that personal touch like I was dealing with family that cared. If you need help I highly recommend Virginia Restoration Company!

VRC was easy to work with, quick communicators, and worked very closely/well with our insurance. Henry came out to Roanoke the day after we called and walked us through the process, and serviced our home. Highly recommend their service.

I had a very complex crawlspace set up and basement which needed a vapor barrier and mold remediation. Henry and the employees completed the job timely and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend using their services. They were professional, dedicated, polite, and very pleasant to work with. I have a 2nd property that they will be doing additional services on as well.

What an amazing experience with this young man. He turned a stressful situation into a calmer situation. Very compassionate respectful careful with my belongings he had to move.
