Garrett and crew from Rainbow Restoration has been great to work with removing debris left from a tenant at my rental property. Everyone has been kind, courteous and very responsive to my questions. In one day they were able to remove all debris from inside the house, garage and outdoors. Four large dumpsters later and all the trash and waste is gone. Thank you for your help during this difficult time.

Wow. Christmas Eve in the responded quickly and politely. What a job they had to do. Springfield lines broke and flooded apartment after apartment and these guys continue to work relentlessly to get it all taken care of. Thank you

Had very prompt and professional remediation to water damage and reveal of old asbestos. Rainbow was thorough, consistently good at communication and coordination with insurance. Chose to use Rainbow for the rebuild on the flooring and are very pleased with the eventual final installation. The installer was careful, thorough, neat with good attention to construction and design details. There were trials of material shortages, long material acquisition and shortage of professional skilled labor during the Spring of 2022. But Rainbow was diligent in keeping the project moving and were good at communication. The end result was excellent!

My insurance company hired them for our water damage. Did an excellent job drying it all up. Professional, courteous, prompt…AND they do reconstruction, as well. I will come back and review that, too.😉 …

The estimator/leader was great. The remediation crew was decent. They did not get all items cleaned/removed on their first attempt. Several items that were supposed to be removed because of mold contamination were overlooked. The paint crew did a good job spackling and taping but we’re sloppy painters. They did not remove outlet and switch plate covers. They painted around them and light fixtures. There were several “holidays” on the walls and ceiling. to be totally candid if they were painting in the house rather than the basement I would have insisted they paint again. The carpet layers we’re undependable either showing up late or not at all.

The condensation from our air conditioner flooded our floors and everything needed to be torn out and dried. Rainbow was here every day running dryers until the job was finished. They were very thorough and professional.

He also made sure that the mitigation work was done right to the highest professional standards. His co-worker was also extremely professional and courteous.
