Kamran did a wonderful job explaining the issue with the wrinkles in our carpet. He explained how he was going to fix it and why they occurred in the first place. He did a great job smoothing them all out and stretching the carpet as it should have been installed. We are so happy with the fix and people won’t trip on the carpet anymore.
