Waking up to a flooded basement is something I never want to experience again. However, these guys were prompt, sympathetic, and professional. They took the time to explain what they were doing, why they were doing it, etc. I felt at ease knowing they were handling the situation. I never want this experience of a flooded basement again, but if I it happens then I would call them.

Everyone on the PuroClean team was so kind and professional during my pipe-burst ordeal. I had to move all my belongings out with no notice and Vivian responded immediately, handling all the details with my building, handling everything so capably. The moving team (for pack in and pack out) was so diligent and professional and friendly. It felt like a group of friends was helping me move. Everything was packed, labeled and tracked accurately, they undid and removed all the packaging, and even swept up afterward. Any time I tried to help, they said, “Don’t worry – we’ll take care of it. After a traumatic flood, it was so reassuring to have my possessions handled by such a capable crew. Even the office administrators who called and checked on my move date were friendly. What a great company. Seriously. Thank you so much!

Vivian, Giovani and the team at Puroclean did a phenomenal job clearing a persistent cigarette smoke odor from an office space for me. Vivian was very knowledgeable about the work and always was communicative and professional. Giovani and the on-site crew respected the property and did not take shortcuts. Everybody remained committed to resolving the issue in the face of some frustrating challenges. Highly recommended.
