Paragon repaired our basement after it flooded in December. They were very professional and careful when packing up my furniture for storage. Edgar was the best. He installed our new floors and did an awesome job. He communicated with us during the entire process. Great customer service. Every time we called, someone either called us back with minutes or answered.

The workers were very professional and prompt for their scheduled visit. They explained what their plan of action was going to be and answered any questions that I had prior to work being done. We are so happy that our insurance company send this company to us. The technician contacted us almost immediately, and started the restoration the very 2nd day enen it was the holiday weekend. Impressed by his professioness and caring. He was very gentle and careful when he had to remove the base moldings. So that the moldings can be reused to minimize our lost. He even cleaned the footprints upon finishing setting up the restoration system. We are 100% satisfied and appreciated with his service.
