We found some mold in our basement and my insurance recommended we contact Servpro and I’m so glad we did. They were absolutely wonderful to work with! They were at my home daily for a while as they demolished and discovered more mold and moisture. It turned out that we had multiple problems they were able to identify and mitigate. Not only did they do a fantastic job, they were also extremely kind and knowledgeable and lovely to work with. It made a stressful, hard situation SO much easier to handle. I am very grateful to Jessie, Slav, and Taras.

Heath is an absolute stand up guy! My car overheated on the freeway today and he pulled over and helped tow my car to a safe place. I offered to pay him and replace the tow rope that snapped while moving my vehicle and he wouldn’t accept it. Such an awesome guy!

I am so glad we called them when we found water in our basement. The response time was awesome. Jessie came out and figured out where the water was coming from quickly. Assessed the damage and assisted with cleanup. Jessie even got a plumber to my house fast to do the repairs. All cost associated with their services were reasonable and the customer service was outstanding.

If I could give more stars I would! We went into the crawlspace beneath our home to winterize and found a huge bubble of water in our moisture barrier. Jesse came out promptly to survey the damage and pinpoint the leak. She ended up having to come back with a thermo imaging camera to do so. She and Matt were able to pinpoint where the water came from. They even offered to contact the contractor that messed up and didn’t properly install the condensation drain hose that caused the problem to help mediate the repair process for us. They also gave us advice on how to deal with the insurance company if need be. I highly recommend SERVPRO of Brigham City and will use them in the future if necessary!

I had a bathroom where the previous owners let the shower water run on the walls and baseboards. Long story short I had mold on the baseboard and possibly other locations. That’s why I called to see if they could come inspect for mold in other potential places, and give me a quote on removing it. They answered right away and showed up to my house within the hour. The bathroom was checked and we discussed cutting out some Sheetrock and fogging the bathroom. The experience was a lot better then I could have asked for and now I can sleep a little better at night knowing that the bathrooms mold problem was handled by professionals!

We had our basement flood after a heavy rain. It had probably 50 gallons of water in the carpet. We attempted clean up ourselves before realizing the job was way bigger than we could handle. Jesse came out the same day I called and did an amazing, professional job with the clean up. I couldn’t be more pleased. Call them, you won’t regret it!
