Update May 2024: I can’t add a new review but am adding to my original positive review of Envirotech as I needed to call upon John and his team again for another substantial water damage issue in our home. As always, John was professional, helpful, and knowledgable. I recommend Envirotech to anyone who has similar issues with zero hesitation. I am so grateful for John’s incredible work and dedication to getting our water leak issue identified and fixed in record time! He made a stressful situation tolerable through his expertise and diligence throughout the entire process.

John was super helpful and was able to identify the issue within 20 min. Not only that, he was super insightful and put my family needs first. We have tried using four other companies and he was able to figure out our problem cheaper and more effectively.

John was great to work with. Always kept me up to date on what was going on. Excellent customer service and communication! Very kind as well. I engaged John from Envirotech to identify a potential plumbing leak in our floor. Although the issue wasn’t related to plumbing, John proceeded to cut an unwarranted 4 by 8 feet section of our wood floor. We had explicitly communicated that we only had enough wood for a 2-foot section, which he was aware of. Despite this, he significantly exceeded the agreed-upon area. After providing him with a down payment of $2,800, I was left with unnecessary damage. When John ascertained that this wasn’t an insurance job, he abruptly left, leaving us to deal with the aftermath and seemingly more focused on insurance money than genuinely assisting. Potential clients should approach with caution and prioritize clear communication to prevent such experiences.

John was absolutely amazing. Very professional and personable and kind to my children and animals while he was in our home. A pipe broke in our house and flooded the majority of our living space on Easter of all days. Despite it being a holiday, on a Sunday, in the evening He showed up in no time and did a very thorough walk through to excess the damage and was very kind and upfront about the process. Once they got started they found mold and we were immediately updated and they walked us through the entire process and how long it would take to get it repaired. We got constant photos and updates from them as they worked on our home. I couldn’t more grateful to the team we had working with us that helped make a bad situation a little easier to handle.
