Rainbow Restoration of Orem had been called out to our home after a water leak was noticed. Their arrival was extremely quick, and they began their mitigation process in the same fast manner. They are professional and courteous, coming to check on the drying process every day until the process was complete. Highly recommended.

This was a very professional experience. Rainbow Restoration sent a team out quickly to evaluate the situation and then began the long process of drying out our flooded spots and working with our insurance. They were honest and thorough. I would recommend RR to anyone!

Had an AWESOME experience working with Rainbow International. I called after 10pm on a Sunday night and they picked up quickly. The owner and his son were at my house within 60 minutes saving my basement after a flood. They came back daily as needed till it was taken care of. Grateful for the support.

Rainbow restoration did an amazing and quick job coming out to assess our house after our water heater broke and flooded into our main level kitchen. We appreciate them being patient and assuring our insurance would be okay starting their demo since the claim started on a Friday. They walked us through the next steps and made us feel comfortable in knowing what the next process would be. Thank you for all your hard work. Highly highly recommend!

I had a broken pipe in downstairs basement. Rainbow International was on top of water reclamation as soon as the plumber had finished. William and Porter were quick, professional and thorough. I will certainly contact Rainbow International if ( hopefully not) I need this service again.

My son unfortunately flooded our upstairs bathroom on Thanksgiving and it flooded our kitchen ceiling Rainbow had Will put the very next morning he was beyond professional explained everything he was doing and why and it was so cost effective we didn’t even bother filing a claim I’ve never been more excited to receive a bill thank you Will for everything.

I can’t say enough good things about these operators! They were very timely and extremely professional with excellent customer service skills during a multi-day cleanup after a bio-hazard floor in my basement. Kudos for a great job!
