Pam and her team were AWESOME. I had a mold air test done at my place earlier this year after noticing some potential mold from condensation in the corners of my bedroom and it came out super high. Talking with Pam, she was super knowledgeable, easy to get a hold of, and gave immediate tips that soothed my anxieties and made me look forward to getting it all fixed! She has an awesome contractor, Mike, who then helped diagnose the issue and complete a teardown and rebuild. He worked diligently and quickly and replaced all of our exterior wall insulation and drywall with brand-new stuff. I am very glad to have worked with Pam and highly recommend her team to anyone who is having potential mold issues in their place!

Pam at Overall Air was an absolute expert. She knew right where the mold was and how to find the source. We were working on a house built in the 70’s that had several bad areas of mold growth and she was able to get in, get it taken care of, and get out all within a very quick timeframe. George and Pam are extremely professional, having integrity in their work, and will treat you with respect. If you need work in addition to mold removal, I would recommend having your own contractor that you trust. This project ended up overlapping with the birth of our first child, which is obviously a very busy time, but George and Pam were very pleasant to work with and made all of the coordination with the project a breeze!

I highly recommend Overall Air! We’re very impressed with their quick response and knowledge of the problem. We were really appreciated the expertise and professionalism of Overall Air. I highly recommend this business for mold and or odor remediation. You could smell the mold in our house from the flooding we had, and after the mold treatment, the odor was gone as well.
