Flood pros Rock! My water heater broke and flooded basement. Flood pros came out to access the damage and were prompt. Communicated every step of the way. Removed the water and brought out the dehumidifiers and fans. Put my mind at ease under the circumstances, answered all my questions, were professional and very respectful of my home. Let me know if there were any issues after the fact to give them a call and they’d be right out! Hopefully there will not be a next time but if there is I will definitely be calling Flood Pros to take of my home. Thanks to the crew and Chantele for facilitating this asap for me!!

I had to have my basement torn out because of water damage. They are now trying to charge me extra for the work and have a subcontractor put my basement back together. There were days he did not come or canceled or came for a couple hours then left. He did not do anything for 2 months when out of the blue he messages and says he was sick and now he can come. They are now wanting me to pay for a basement that is not even finished.

10 stars if I could ! Jordan Goodwin is the best of the best ! I had basement flooding from a major storm and my cousin is a plumber , I called him for what to do , first time I experience something like this and he recommended to call Flood Pros , and I did ! Jordan Goodwin came in and made through inspection and free estimate ! told me everything can be done and submitted to the insurance for approval . Then Jordan came back again and checked behind baseboard and gave me a golden and honest consultation and advise. My experience with Jordan from Flood Pros LLC is smooth easy honest amazing and beyond expectation , Highly Recommend these folks . Thank you Mr.Goodwin for everything .

What struck me most about Flood Pros was the quality of their work. They were professional, diligent, and respectful of our space. It was clear they cared about doing the job right, and the outcome was proof of that. Communication was another big win for us. They didn’t just ‘do their thing’ and leave. Nope. They explained each step, answered our questions, and made sure we were in the loop throughout. It made a huge difference in turning a pretty chaotic situation into something manageable. Shoutout to Paul and Nick for their fantastic work, hopefully I will never need these guys again, but if I do, I’ll call Flood Pros.
