I booked a consultation with Jeffers and they didn’t show up. I called and the scheduler apologized and took ownership of her mistake. They came the next day and inspected the water damage and did all the tests. They said that we could paint and fix the window leak. I felt that this company was honest and wasn’t trying to take advantage.

I really wanted to provide a good review. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend Jeffers Restoration. They had poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and questionable charges. Trust was broken, and I can’t endorse their service.

I own a restoration company as well, and anytime we are not able to get to a job for whatever reason, we refer them to Jeffers. Donna and her crew do the job right. They have been doing this for many many years. They are honest hard working.

They helped me with 2 floods. When I decided to remodel my kitchen and bathrooms they were fantastic! Gary and Dustin did great work. Then 2 days after they finished the house flooded again. They finished up everything earlier this month. I won’t call anyone else

We’ve used Jeffers twice in the last year and a half. We had a leak that damaged 5 walls and 1 ceiling (it happened right at a basement room’s upper corner) and they were able to fix everything with no issues and very quickly. You couldn’t tell there was any damage to the area whatsoever when they were done. The second repair was for a leak that came through a crack in our foundation that caused some serious mold issues. Even though they couldn’t do the foundation repair themselves they gave me some great advice that helped me find the right contractor. After the foundation was repaired, Jeffers took over the rest of the restoration. I was extremely impressed with how they blocked off the entire room like something from E.T., blocked air flow from the room to the hvac system, and got rid of all of the mold while drying things efficiently. They really knew exactly what they were doing and it reassured me our family was safe during the whole process. They worked with my home insurance, Bear River, and made everything very easy for us. Not only was their workmanship unparalleled, their communication was superb. Colby would message me a day in advance to check with me if their team could come in the next day and always worked with my schedule. Additionally he would tell me what they were working on at which point during the restoration so I always felt knowledgeable about its status. All in all, you won’t find a better restoration company than this.

Would highly recommend! I had the privilege working with Colby and he far surpassed my expectations. My family and I didn’t know where to turn for solutions and boy are we glad we chose Jeffers Restoration! They’re quality is wonderful yet they’re efficient in every way. You won’t regret giving them your business!

Jeffers Restoration was so great to work with. They were able to come out the same day I called and were willing to look, examine, estimate and provide great guidance with all my urgent issues. They were able to handle my needs and point me in the right direction to others with items that did not fall within their scope of work to ensure I was in good hands. 5 stars for sure. Call them if you need any restoration work.
