We have used the service of Water Damage Specialists twice, and they were always great to work with. Their professionalism is second to none. Dan and Norman would make sure that the damages they would cause when tearing off the drywall or other fixtures were minimal so the rebuild cost would remain as low as possible. They also have customers’ best interest at heart when presenting evidence to the insurance. Highly recommended.

My sister and I own a home that is not being lived in at the time.We had a broken pipe in the basement leak and leave a couple inches of water on the floor! Bryan with Water Damage Specialists came to our aid. He helped with clean up, and getting the basement dried with only minimal damage! He helped us know what to look for in the future to prevent any additional water damage.

We used Water Damage Specialists when we found we had a black mold problem. I consulted about ten different remediation companies and Dan was by far the most knowledgable and the most helpful. He was very honest about what was needed and what he could do. He helped me think through and make an appropriate plan. He was not one who would cut corners and I was so thankful for that because my family’s health was at stake. He and his employees worked hard and worked well. They documented the whole process and communicated with me during it. I have used Dan a number of times since and he has continued to provide beyond excellent service. Every time, he has shown that his knowledge is extensive and he was helpful in educating me so I was making informed decisions. I have referred Dan to many others and every one of them has been happy with his service. Sometimes if the job was one the client could do themselves, he gave them detailed instructions and product recommendations so they could do the job and save money. After sharing the difference in what it would cost to have him do it vs do it themselves. Dan is the most honest workman I’ve hired and I trust and recommend him completely.

Dan and his crew were quick to respond and find the problem. They were very helpful, making sure the damage was cleaned up and connecting me with people who could restore the damaged rooms. They would be the first company I would call if I had any other water problems.

WDS is the epitome of professionalism and the best solution to a bad scenario. Our washing machine decided to dump water all throughout our home and within an hour WDS was out to assess and start mitigation. Everyone I had the pleasure of meeting with was kind and able to communicate each step in the process and demonstrate the technology and techniques being used. We went from puddles on our subfloors and water in our drywall to absolutely dry in about 5 days. While I hope to never need to call up WDS again, I would whole heartily recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you WDS for being the shining light on a dark situation!!

Water Damage Specialists saved us! We came home from vacation to find a flooded basement. We reached out to Water Damage Specialists and they responded immediately! They came to our disaster, determined what was necessary to fix things, helped eliminate potential mold issues, communicated throughout the process and honestly made us feel better, despite the situation. They clearly know how to do their job and I would highly recommend!

We had to deal with two sewer line backups in the past year with damage to our basement. Both times Rob and the crew at WDS were outstanding. They come right away and are always personal and professional and take the time to do things properly and explain everything along the way. This level of dedicated service is hard to find. While we hope to not need them in the near future, we would not hesitate to contact WDS immediately for any issue.
