We had a sprinkler pipe break and flooded our basement. The team at Servicemaster by Smith were very knowledgeable and was there in no time to get started on the cleanup. I’d call them in an instant if I ever need them again. Which obviously I hope I don’t. We highly recommend.

When our basement apartment flooded due to a frozen pipe, our insurance company recommended ServiceMaster by Smith for the clean up. Ethan and RJ got to work quickly, opened up the walls and floor, and dropped in 10 dehumidifiers and fans to prevent any mold. Their work was precise, neat, and they left no mess. It was obvious they were just the experts we needed. Our contractor commented on the excellent work. Highest praise and recommendations.

Service Master, crew leader RJ, and his crew were lifesavers after our hot water heater (on the second floor!) ruptured, causing significant water damage. They responded quickly and in force, getting State Farm and their wonderful team of Dave Brewer & Danielle, here in Ogden to approve our claim and start work. They were able to clean up and dry our townhouse before any mold had a chance to start. I can highly recommend Service Master and especially RJ and his crew. I certainly hope to never have to use their services again, but… I’m glad they’re there in case. Thanks!

Within just a few hours of contacting ServiceMasters regarding the flooding of our basement, their crew arrived for assessment and they were also immediately ready to begin work. Ethan and his crew were efficient and courteous. They were respectful of our property and always left things clean and organized. I had clear updates and instructions and always knew what was going on. Giving them a key to our home so they could work while we were gone was never a concern for us. Although I hope we never need them again, I would welcome Ethan and ServiceMaster in my home without a second thought!

Working with ServiceMaster to clean up after my basement flooded made the process much less stressful. No one wants to have to go through something like that, but if it happens, it’s good to know that there are wonderful people to work with. The folks at ServiceMaster were very kind throughout the process and always kept me up-to-date on what was going on with my basement. They gave me a price estimate up front, explained how all the equipment works, and made sure not to let my cats out when bringing everything in. I really appreciated their care and knowledge throughout the whole thing and would definitely work with them again!

Service Master did the cleanup on my basement when it got flooded from a broken main sewer line. They responded quick after I called them and did a great job in cleaning up all the damaged areas. Their crew was knowledgeable and did a great job; esp. their main foreman RJ . He was great to work with , and kept us up to date the whole time. I would highly recomend Service Master to anyone needing a disaster cleanup.
