Stephanie is the best , she is very friendly and courteous . She even took the time to bring in my packages off the porch. Her supervisor Josh is very professional when handling insurance adjusters -he makes sure they understand what exactly is needed. I highly recommend this company for water mitigation .

We’ve unfortunately needed ServiceMaster twice in the past few months. They are always professional, understanding, super fast to respond and extremely knowledgeable. The first was for a water leak and the next for smoke damage. They immediately provide guidance and got the tools and resources to resolve our issue. Give Mr. Fulvio a raise!! This gentleman spent days on days coming to my house after i had a plumbing flood and he was the nicest dude that I’ve ever met in the service industry. He did his best to explain to me everything him and his team were doing while they were here and gave me suggestions. I appreciate his service and dude for sure needs a raise or a promotion or something

Professional, honest, prompt, fair! I had a water leak and called ServiceMaster, and they came out same day. They did the job right, found ways to save me money, and were very communicative over phone and email the whole time to make me feel taken care of until my house was fully restored. I had the privilege to work with Steven. Integrity seems rare today, but Steven and the ServiceMaster folks I worked with are people of integrity! They are my go to choice for any restoration needs!

I had a main water line in my home burst and flood a section of my home, the team at Service Master was out at my house the same day after plumbing to start the clean up. Everyone was so informative and friendly! It was about a week long project to dry out my home, and Fulvio was very prompt and respectful. Couldn’t be happier with my experience!

Our HVAC system leaked causing water damage in our kitchen, dining room and living room. They came out immediately. Kendra was excellent. She got everything started and made sure we were taken care of. Both my parents are disabled and she helped us get into a hotel so none of the blowers made them sick. Over the next few weeks, they had to take out cabinets, the kitchen ceiling, a partial wall on top of carpet and padding. Dillion, Justin, Fulvio, Teresa and David were wonderful. One or two of them came out everyday to monitor and access our house. After everything was done, Wayne came out and cleaned the ducts. Lisa and Joel did a deep clean of the whole house. Each and everyone of them have became like family. Thank you so much for your concern and help during a difficult time in our lives. I highly recommend them all if you are in need of their services!

Thank you to Service Master for your prompt service in taking care of the leak in my home. They were quick on getting out to the house, getting the water leak fixed, and drying out the area. The employees were very vigilant in keeping me informed during the entire process. I will always recommend Service Master of Wichita Falls to anybody who has water damage in their homes or businesses!
