A few months ago, I noticed there was some mold and water damage showing from one of the walls in my house. So, I looked for a company that fixes water damage and came across Legion Restoration. Not only did they provide me with a reasonable estimate, but they were very professional and even provided me with tips how to prevent the reoccurrence of mold or water damage. I would definitely recommend to any of my friends and family if they ever needed their services.

Water sat in my home for about 12 days before remediation was started – this could have been related to the fact that Allstate had not given them a valid phone number for me. When Legion did come to assess the damage, they left without setting up any dehumidifiers. They came back out a few days later and set up three large dehumidifiers. These dehumidifiers ran for 4 straight days and nights with no one from Legion ever coming out to check on them. I was the one who discovered that they were not working at all, thus giving mold more time to grow. I had to contact Legion to come to my home, once again, to come to to set up 3 “working” dehumidifiers. I was very unhappy with the entire process, as water sat in my home much longer than it should have. Also, one of my electrical outlets was damaged during the process. In their report to Allstate, they left out two hallway closets and one bathroom.

This company leads the pack in unprofessionalism. My insurance company chose Legion to mitigate a leak in my garage and it was downhill from the beginning. The day of the initial appointment consultation, the person was 1 1/2 hours late. On the day of the cleanup when the “team” was supposed to arrive, only one person came. Luckily, he was able to do everything alone. After the fans were set up and everything was dried out, they came and removed the fans and did not put up a tarp. They came out to my home three times since removing the fans and have yet to put a tarp up. Of course it has since rained, and what was mitigated has to be done again. I have called and left voicemails during business hours of course, yet no one answers the phone and no one has contacted me as to the status of this illusive tarp. This company is the worst…do yourself a favor and find another one.

This company is quick, professional, and extremely friendly. My house flooded and I had a lot of water damage, which was extremely overwhelming. Richard, the project manager, helped me through every step of the process and made a stressful situation a lot better. I hope to not need their services soon, but if I ever do, I will gladfully use them again!
