After flooding from the awful storms last month, they were hired by my landlord to dry the carpet in my guest room. After the picked up their machines, the machines left obvious black marks in the 2 places where their machines were sitting. I complained. They claimed it was “dirt” from under the carpet. Wrong. The dirt stains are brown. The stains from their machines are BLACK! ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED THIS ISSUE! I can’t even use my guest room! I have stuff stacked in my dining room. For over a MONTH now!

We have used Enviro-Serv for over ten years and their team is very professional with a wide variety of wonderful products. They provide a variety of services as well such as flooring installs, carpet cleaning, and duct cleaning eliminating the need to hire multiple vendors. In the apartment industry this makes life much easier. I highly recommend giving them a call if you are in need of these services.

Jason has been very helpful in all aspects of the remodel and is very easy to work with and patient. Altho service has not been completed yet due to circumstances beyond their control, I have every confidence it will be completed.
