Derrick Robinson was on time. He did his work and didn’t leave any mess to clean up. Besides, he was. Friendly ,polite,and explained everything to us. It was a great experience and we highly recommend Puroclean.

Do not use this company. I had to update my previous 5 star review, after consulting another remediation company. Puroclean did not fully identify and remediate all of the water damage in my house. They failed to send reports and pictures of their findings to my adjuster as they committed to do for inclusion into my estimate. Their pictures didn’t adequately show the wetness readings in all areas of my house. I’m having to start over with another company to ensure proper removal of all water damaged areas of my house and the drying out of other areas that they didn’t properly assess and remediate. Seems that they were assessing only what they thought would be covered by insurance and not what was actually required to fully remediate my house.
