Appreciated the quick response to take care of the pet disaster that was left on the carpet and ran over by our roomba. Bryan was upfront and professional. After he finished cleaning and disinfecting, no stain was visible. Carpet looked like it was newly installed. It was nice to know the other services Rainbow offers, which we took advantage while Bryan was there. Sofa also looks new.
