I recently flooded our upstairs bathroom and it leaked downstairs and stained the ceiling. I was recommended to Zeus Restoration by our AC Company who was at the house doing some minor repairs. I thought we would have to file a claim on our home owners policy. Instead, our technician conducted a full inspection free of charge, and concluded that there was no moisture detected and no need for reparations. He recommended that we put a fresh coat of paint on the ceiling downstairs since the damage was purely cosmetic. It means so much to have an honest company respond so quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Zeus and I know if we have a need for Restoration they will be the company that we choose.

Strongly discourage using this company for multiple reasons. PAY ATTENTION TO THE 1 STAR REVIEWS THAT MENTION THE SAME THINGS THAT HAPPENED TO ME. I feel that there was more equipment placed than was actually needed and that the company did NOT act out of good faith. Company seemed to do what they could to take advantage of the insurance coverage. Terrible business practices. RUN THE OTHER WAY because you’re likely to fall victim as well.

I do not recommend Zeus. They are very nice people but I was charged $1,000 to run a dryer for 3 days and that dryer did nothing. We uncovered water damage but did not yet understand the cause or severity. I had a second company come (Stanley) and they advised me to go a different route. Long story short, I hired Stanley and they completely resolved our issue for $1,600. Zues was saying $6,000 to $10,000 and I’m glad I did NOT go with them. They still charged me $1,000 for a useless dryer that I never should have agreed to. Don’t allow them to do any work until you’ve gotten multiple quotes!

Sam and Josh (and team) did a great job with the mitigation cleanup when our house flooded. They removed the baseboards (didn’t leave any mess), and set 30+ fans and dehumidifiers to dry everything out. They were punctual, checked in on us over the four days the fans were here, and removed the fans quickly when the 4 days was up.
