Tradition Outdoor Living a week agoI had a plan and after meeting and sharing my plan with John he went to work. After seeing his 3D drawing, I knew made the right decision. He gave the time frame, expectations, and communicated the next steps. His scheduling was perfect. I always knew what was going to happen before it happened. The subs he uses are amazing and do really GREAT work. I have never had a contractor use the Progress Payments, I truly believe it is the best because you pay as the project happens. I am very happy with the result and Tradition is the way to go.

Southern Style Construction 2 months agoSouthern Style really knocked it out of the park for us. We had a water leak in our kitchen that required the entire island that houses the sink, faucet, and dishwasher to be replaced. A different contractor had botched the job and left it incomplete over a time period of 3 months. We contacted Southern Style to come take a look, and from the assessment to the completion of the job (which combined was only a matter of days), their professionalism and courteousness were always front and center. Most importantly, the work was top notch and left us with exactly what we needed. Like many restorations and rebuilds, there were a few pivots that had to be made due to material availability and our schedules. All of this was navigated painlessly and we couldn’t be happier with the result. A big thanks to Josh, Ben, and all of the other folks that came into a mess that was abandoned by another contractor and delivering us the project back to high standards. After a decade in Rockwall, we have found our go-to for construction needs.

Southern Construction 2 months agoThey were quick and did a fantastic job. We had done our own patio, and after a year, it started to sink. They redid the whole thing and the walkway we were “planning” to get to soon. They also repaired some damaged siding and went above and beyond. We will definitely use them again for our next project.

Rodríguez painting and remodeling a year agoDid a complete remodel with K&K painting and remodeling. They were so professional and a lot attention to detail! We will always use them for anything in our home. From the house painting, replacing light fixtures, repainting or staining furniture to painting the garage floor and some minor repair work these guys are your “go-to”! I promise you won’t be let down!

Rockwall Contractors 3 weeks agoMy wife and I recently commissioned Ernesto at Rockwall Contractors to build a patio deck for us. We are very pleased with the results! The personal touches the Ernesto provided exceeded our expectations. He came by times daily to insure it was meeting HIS expectations as well.
