I wanted to share our experiences with Restoration XP. My aunt is the home owner and she’s constantly been given the run around. She had a fire in her home July 4th, 2023 and a year later there’s still no work done and nothing has been completed. They keep asking for payments, but there’s no signs of work completed or clean up and securing the house from animals or squatters. One contractor contcted her regarding the plumbing being repaired, but there was no plumbing issues in the home or from the fire. So I would not recommend this company at all. Please beware if you choose to.

Restoration XP is amazing. All I can say is wow. My mother had a house fire from a lightening storm and Restoration XP was the first on the scene. They were there when we needed them the most to help us navigate the confusing first steps and needs during a traumatic experience. Cheers to Ronny for all he did to help us in those first few days and weeks. Brandon the PM on the project was super knowledgeable, responsive, and brought a sense of fun when we needed it so much. The Contents team is more than top notch. Carlee was so helpful, available, and attentive to all of our questions as the team went to pack. She was a joy to have the chance to work with from start to finish. Carmen and Angela packed and inventoried all of my mother’s belongings with such care- each box perfectly labeled and clear. They navigated through my not having a large enough storage space with grace and kindness by helping to find solutions to keep everything safe and secure. Ok, now for the pack back….this amazing service I didn’t even realize they would include having not been through this before. They came early and were incredibly detailed and fast. What I want to say most is that my mom felt so taken care of in a way so often is overlooked these days. She called raving about their kindness and care with her as she navigated through bringing everything back into the house. Huge shout out to Priscilla, Sonia, Tania, Anthony, Andres & Tony for all they did to make my mom’s first moments in her new home feel special and manageable at the same time. Finally Nichole on the finance side. It’s likely rare to say that I had a great time paying invoices because she was just so delightful to talk with. She’s amazing. I highly recommend this talented group of people that work so well woven together to help families like mine. When everything is confusing and complicated they made it seamless and joyful. What a wonderful group of people who clearly care so much about what they do.

Cold called my phone saying I had a house fire and they wanted to restore my home??? No fire, just another company that bombards people with calls like roofers. Found out the Fire Department ran a training drill at their facility this AM, used similar address to mine, not my address. They also ran the training on a “drill radio frequency”, this company monitors and then harasses people.

We had a kitchen fire last year and hired Restoration XP to fix our home. Our contractor was Rodrigo and he done a great job. He was very transparent and truthful with us. Even after our home was restored Rodrigo has still kept in contact. I recommend Rodrigo at Restoration XP to anyone!

Be careful dealing with this shady company!!! They performed an inspection last week and were supposed to provide us with an estimate. They delayed giving us the estimate until next week and gave us a verbal estimate of $60,000. Now, they want us to sign the contract without any paperwork.

Pricilla and her crew packed and unpacked our belongings as if they were their own. They worked late into the evening several times to get the job done. Their attention to detail calmed our nerves. Their smiles and positive personalities contributed to a much needed confidence that everything was going to be alright. The movers were careful and good natured as well. A job very well done. A+.

I have been hesitating to write this review. But in the interest of protecting others I am going to do it today!! I had a flood in my home in December 2022 and hired RestorationXP to do both water Metigation and reconstruction. The entire experience was a nightmare. The mitigation process was okay very little problems. However, if you know what is good for you never hire them for rebuild. First the they are not a builder. They hire third party contractors to rebuild and they get a cut. Second, they have no idea how to write up a reconstruction scope so insurance will keep rejecting the project. Third they over bill insurance because the scope is all wrong and delay your project for months on end leaving you out of your home. Fourth they genuinely do not care about the customer it’s all about billing insurance and making money for themselves. Fifth, they will convince you to have all insurance checks sent directly to them and they will cash the money and use that to hold you hostage to use them against your will. They kept delaying reconstruction on my home requesting almost $470,000 from insurance. When I got an outside contractor they were willing to do the work for only $270,000. That’s a huge difference in price especially after waiting 7 months going back and forth with poorly written scoops of work and my insurance. Long story short, if you find your self needing mitigation either for water or fire. Run away and not look at RestorationXP. They will make your life miserable for their own financial gains.

The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5, is that I was unable to have the work completed by Restoration XP. However, the work they performed and their professionalism was outstanding. I had a very unique and unfortunate situation and their caring and willingness to work with me to find a favorable solution was 2nd to none. Again, I cannot attest to a final product, but the customer service and empathy for my situation, the work they did perform, and their professionalism was a breath of fresh air in this industry. Thank you XP!
