Highly dissatisfied with this office, they were hired to assist with storm/flood damage to a working, in service fire station. On the initial site visit we walked through the damage and was told the scope of work that would be done, we agreed and they started. Communications after the initial site visit became nonexistent, any communications had to be initiated by us, followed up by multiple phone calls, and sometimes still would not hear anything from them. They removed all toilet facilities leaving a working fire station with no toilets, we had to reinstall a toilet ourselves so we could keep the station in service. When we received the initial written estimate they had items on it that we didn’t even have in our station(removal of floor covering in a large meeting room that is bare concrete), so their initial estimate was grossly incorrect compared to the scope of work we were told they would do. Now we are 6 weeks out, they have been “fired” from the job and less than 1/3 of the work was completed, I have been told by several other contractors what they told us they were going to do should have taken 2 weeks tops. We have been trying to get a final itemized bill so we can review it and ensure we are only being charged for what work was done and that is becoming an impossible task; I have spoken to a “supervisor” from this office twice about this. Last phone conversation with him I was told, ” I have it right here in front of me and will have it emailed to you in the next thirty minutes” and I still do not have anything from them. My recommendation is to avoid this company and use someone else!

Hector and Christian did an amazing job with our water mitigation demolition. They were on time, courteous, and other than the big hole in our ceiling and the lack of tile in the upstairs bathroom we couldn’t even tell they were here. Above and beyond to make sure they did not leave a mess. Highly recommend

I recently had the pleasure of work with Chance and Pete A on the restoration of my home. Chance explain every step of the cost and didn’t mind me asking a ton questions. Pete A did an amazing job on overseeing the work being completed. These to gentlemen were very professional, patient and made me feel like I was the only client of there’s. If I could give more stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐ I would. Thank you so very much guys.

Christian and Logan were great. Moved heavy boxes my second floor apartment. Some of the furniture is ridiculous. To big and heavy for easy stairs usage but they were able to muscle it up regardless. 5 stars. Would recommend.

Logan, Hector and Gio came today and moved my furniture and boxes into my house. They did a great job even though it was a lot of stuff. Their help was greatly appreciated

Hector and Christian came out to demo the floors in my bathroom after a leak + some mold issues. They got everything cleaned up. They were super quick and efficient. They are aware that it’s loud and just a pain to be dealing with all this so they went as quickly as possible while making sure the job was done right. They were awesome!! I worked with Travis as the supervisor/lead on the whole job, and he was great to work with. Super quick to respond, easy to get in touch with, very communicative. Really really solid service all around!!

Logan was the best. He showed up when he said he was going to show up and took care of everything around our house. I appreciate him more than you would know. When I have my flood at 1:30 in the morning on a Saturday, he showed up with bells and whistles on. He’s amazing.
