I worked mostly through Ben. He’s very knowledgeable with restoration issues associated with water and fire damage. He and his crew seems to know what’s going on behind the curtain, so to speak, and can provide great perspective on how to proceed in a way that makes the most sense. He even connected me with a trusted insurance advisor that helped me understand what is and is not covered by my insurance policy and helped me know how to work with my insurance to get the most appropriate results. Now I have two professionals I know I can work with! These guys are great!

Went upstairs tonight to find my kids bathroom flooded with water showing on the carpet outside the bedroom and on the ceiling of our garage underneath the bedroom. I called Superior Emergency Restoration and on the same night they came out and did all the restoration work that was needed. They were extremely professional and ensured that the work was done to the highest quality possible. I feel very fortunate to have found them!!!

Super Restoration was recommended to us after a large house fire which resulted in smoke, water, fire, and mold damage. Ben and his team did an excellent job not only with clean-up and mitigation of damage, but inventory of damaged belongings and furniture. This was honestly one of the most stressful times in my life and Ben guided me through the entire process. Luckily they are a preferred vendor with my insurance company so they were paid without me having to keep track of checks. Ben, Brian, and Dennis are genuine people and do genuinely excellent work.

After purchasing our first home, we had a company come out and install our washer and dryer incorrectly which caused our entire floor to swell. After scrambling for hours on what to do my neighbor recommended Superior restoration. Ben and his crew came out very quickly and explained the process, which made me at ease.
