Sherif and his crew helped me when a tree fell on my house and flooded a bedroom. The room was full of junk but they removed everything and stacked it neatly in another room, then set up their drying equipment. They followed up daily and made sure I was taken care of. Our older home experienced water damage when a small leak that developed on the second floor finally caused the ceiling of our first-floor family room to collapse. A call was made to 1-800 north Dallas water damage and they quickly responded. They came in took the time they needed and did a thorough Job of understanding what happened and what they needed to do. They were professional , efficient and kept us appraised of what they were to do and why. It took several days to dry every thing and seemed they were always available to answer our question and offer recommendations . The report they prepare for the insurance company was excellent. Sherif was great. We called them to help out with water mitigation. They explained everything well and kept us informed. One thing I would like to a better job is to enclose the area even better with Plastic coverings to prevent dust from spreading
