Idan with Home Pros was amazing. The insurance company only offered $3,000 towards repairs. There was no way this was enough to cover all of the damage from a failed water heater in an upstairs apartment. Home Pros submitted additional information information and got the claim payout increased 5 times over. The lines of communication were always open thru out the process. We would be happy to work with them again in the future.
