After my sister recommended me this company I don’t regret calling them to service our home. We had really bad water damage from the storm last month and I understand that safety comes first so I waited when it was safe and I called them they came out and quickly took care of the damages. Horrible customer service!!! didn’t call back like promised, they sent an email that wasn’t responded to as promised. Left 2 elderly people waiting with a tree across the house and water damage inside house. I understand that it was a busy time, but if you can’t handle the job let the customer know. If you can’t respond to customer requests don’t be in the service industry

Good evening! I haven’t posted a review is quite some time, but I wanted to give a shout out to this wonderful company!! We recently had a very bad leak in our bathroom behind the vanity (🤦🏻‍♀️ I couldn’t even tell you how old it was). We called them out nervous about the cost. Our drywall was literally mush. We called up another company up at first and they tried to charge me $400 just to come out and look at the drywall (they said it was because if we didn’t end up going with them they still needed to be paid something for coming out, and how late in the day 3pm. They had to charge a differential. That’s fine, but $400 is excessive!!) They were extremely rude. So we called up Servpro here in the Heights and they came out to check out the damage when we got off of work. They accessed the damage and worked out a game plan on how to tackle this mess. I was terrified of paying for this out of pocket, but they actually worked with our insurance. They were so good at returning my calls and texting me updates and arrival times. We never get work done when we aren’t home, but they were so respectful and courteous. They gave us peace of mind and even encouraged us to turn on our home security cameras for added peace of mind. They did an amazing job at containing all the construction work from the rest of our home. I am thoroughly impressed with their team! I hope we never go through something like this again, but if we do we know who to call! Thank you guys for the help !!!

Justin, from Servpro Houston Heights completed the first phase of my water damage restoration today. They arrived on time, were professional, informative, and friendly. I felt comfortable having them in my home. They kept me updated about every step of the process, were tidy, and answered all my questions.
