I usually only ever write reviews if something was very good or very bad and let us all be honest here, it only takes one bad experience to ruin a whole project. My landlord wanted some work done after one of our bathrooms got flooded and so we had the tiles done in the bathroom as well as getting the toilet/plumping repaired and also some of the carpet redone. one of the things that I told this company to do was to tell me each day what it is that they were working on since we all had other things going on in the house where we weren’t watching them 24/7. They never did what I asked there. that is minor and that’s not deserving of a 1 star sure. But that isn’t why I rated it this way. when they uninstalled and reinstalled the washer and dryer, the dryer itself was fine however the washer was not. I had to sit there and wring out the water from each of my clothing items due to them being soaked after the washer stopped. it seemed either it wasn’t draining properly or the spin cycle was messed up. I told them about this on December 28th, the same day they were done with all the work. They told me they would get someone and never said a date or time which I asked for on December 30th. I then am lenient with it since they never responded and thought to myself, “maybe its because its almost new years”. So I wait until today contact them again about how they never responded and yet they still never respond. Their communication is terrible and it very well may be due to the fact that all the money is paid and they think it isn’t their problem now. Nizar is the project manager for this and I am very disappointed in him. Make sure if you ever get with this company (which I wouldn’t recommend there are plenty of better options) to show that you mean business by asking for a copy of their general liability policy so that you know if there is any damage they do, it can be made into a claim against their insurance company because at this point this is where its about to head to considering that washing machine is only 9 months old. Terrible start to a new year. EDIT: It took me having to make this review for them to contact me. Unreal. Wow and then to top it off they ask my landlord to do something about my review. He originally asked me to delete it and now I see he made his own to undermine mine. Goes to show how desperate this company is. They probably offered some low rate on something else

Please ignore the review from Craig an hour ago, I was hoping I could respond to it, but I guess that’s not an option. I’m the landlord of the property he mentioned, he is my tenant, and I’m out of town so I asked Craig to liaise between us. That was a mistake and Nizar has been great to work with, and I plan on using him for further/future projects. The contract, scope of work, and payment is between Nizar and I, and the tenant is not involved so I’m hoping Google will remove it. Craig was supposed to let him in the home, since he doesn’t leave the house, that’s all. Nizar has been on schedule, completed work at a fair price, and is sending out a specialist to look at the washing machine, which or course was an unexpected issue. I have another bathroom Nizar is remodeling for me, and I can’t wait to leave him a second 5 star review.

We really like the comprehensive services that Home Medic Restoration & Remodeling has to offer for their clients. Clients have the freedom to pick and choose which services they prefer. They are professional and we are happy with the outcomes. Sometimes it was a little slower communication than we want but we understand that was because they were so busy with other projects.

Excellent response by the team. Fans, blowers and humidifiers, etc., placed within hours. Demo team, etc., etc, followed ASAP. Used them not one but twice. Both times for pipe burst flooding. Excellent liaison with insurers too. All matters handled professionally. Would recommend them without hesitation.

They’re quick to take your money, that’s for sure. They aren’t as quick to respond. My partner signed with them and felt good about the decision on that day. They were supposed to handle our insurance and everything after our home flooded. Thus far, our insurance company has heard nothing from them, and we signed up three months ago. No one will return our calls and no work has been done at all. Do not use them!

I wouldn’t trust this company for your repair needs. Its understandable that projects sometimes don’t get completed within the promise time frame but the poor quality work is saddening. Forget about the poor quality work, when they give you their word on a price agreed and then act like it never happened is the saddest part. Do yourself a favor and look the other way if your looking to work with this company. Untrustworthy.
