We had late flooding in our home in Houston from weighty downpours. Water leaked in from outside over the establishment line, and settled through the whole house between the hardwood floors and subfloors. Outright bad dream, however World class Calamity Reclamation, and explicitly Kyle and Brandon, were on top of it immediately. Couldn’t request significantly more with regards to expediency, amazing skill, and difficult work to eliminate all the deck and drying this spot out. Much obliged to you folks, and in spite of the fact that I genuinely want to believe that I at no point ever need your administrations in the future, I will call you assuming I do!

We had recent flooding in our house in Houston from heavy rains. Water seeped in from outside above the foundation line, and settled through the entire house between the hardwood floors and subfloors. Absolute nightmare, but Elite Disaster Restoration, and specifically Kyle & Brandon, were on top of it right away. Couldn’t ask for much more in terms of speediness, professionalism, and hard work to remove all the flooring and drying this place out. Thank you guys, and although I hope I never need your services again, I will definitely be calling you if I do!

Elite Disaster Restoration has surpassed anything I could have hoped for in a mitigation and repair company. Bret communicated with me almost every day (sometimes multiple times in a day when necessary) to keep me up to speed with what damage had been done to my home, or to keep me updated with next steps. He more than made up for the insurance adjuster who has nearly been non-existent. My family’s life was turned upside down by two sources of flooding in our home, and we will have been out of our home for nearly three months when all is said and done. I LOOKED FORWARD to talking to both Bret & Kyle when they would call. I can’t describe every time they stepped in to be there for us, even Bret watering plants for me since we were 1+ hours away from home. They don’t just do a job. They care for the homeowner. They will step in and go above and beyond for you. A home flooding is extremely stressful. Do yourself a favor…lessen the headache… and call them.

I needed immediate service and called many companies. I called this branch and was able to have something on the schedule within 24 hours. Kyle in the office was incredibly nice, responsive, and helpful with communicating the time and setting up the service with Bret & Brandon to come out. They were thorough and went above and beyond while remedying the problem. They even took extra steps to ensure that the issue was resolved more permanently. I am incredibly appreciative of them and their work!

If you have to deal with your insurance company regarding property damage I would recommend calling Elite Disaster Restoration. It increase my claim settlement $73,000. Outstanding work guys

It took multiple attempts but I convinced them to look at my claim. After the reviewing the offer they knew exactly what was missing and how much the claim would come to. Almost a 5 fold increase in the payout it was life saving to my family. The rebuild looks great home looks new couldn’t be happier

Pipe broke in the middle of the night and Elite was the only company to answer the phone and be able to provide service. Had someone onsite at 4am so this company is beyond good they are the best. Billed directly to insurance company so I’m not out of pocket a single dollar

During the hurricane it seemed like nobody was available to assist until we contacted Kyle he literally saved my family home.In the event of a natural disaster this is the company you need at your side.
