Prior to writing this review, we reached out to John multiple times to give him a chance to correct the situation. We have used John twice for mold remediation. The first time went smoothly, but I did have concerns about how well he cleaned our air ducts, and the cleaning process of items that should have been properly cleaned, specifically those in the affected bedroom. We should not have hired him again, but I try to remain loyal to local businesses. The second time, we have had problem after problem. On the phone he acts as though he can do it all, but during the job does not. For example— if you need your coils and plenum assessed, choose someone else. John would not even send us pictures that were large enough to view. All we got were tiny thumbnails— even when asked for bigger ones. We had a mold and mycotoxin protocol. I confirmed with John ahead of time to be sure that he was able to do both protocols. We have repeatedly asked John if all steps of the protocol were complete. There are cameras in our home and we knew that most of them had not been completed, John told us they had been completed until we confronted him with video evidence. It seems as though he did not read the protocol given by our professional mold testing company nor did his crew. The steps were clearly laid out and he ignored them. Our protocol involved cleaning, vacuuming, fogging, wiping things down, etc, of the entire home including closest and attic spaces. In order for us to be able to keep our things, this step was important. He came back to try again, but still did not complete the steps. Once again, we asked if it was done. He was dishonest and told us he did. We asked him to return and did not get a response. In the remediation process, John’s crew moved my husband’s zero-turn mower, and left the battery on. It was this way for weeks which eventually killed the battery completely. Thus far, we haven’t been able to get the mower to run. We also approached John about this and he said “I don’t know anything about a mower.” If you want someone who will properly ensure that your home is mold AND mycotoxin free while taking care of your things, this is not the guy.

John and his crew showed up on time to fix a spot under my kitchen sink . They had all the needed equipment and supplies to inspect, assess, and treat the moldy areas caused by the leak. They replaced the wood panel, sealed it beautifully. They left not even a crumb of wood or any type of mess behind. An excellent price also, for a job done to perfection. ❤️ Thanks again John to you and your team. Just like the first job you did for me👍
