I highly recommend this Veteran owned company. We had a condensation issue on the 11 A/C vents in our house. They removed, cleaned and treated the drywall and it looks like new. Very pleasant experience ☺️

The last bad storm that blew through the area ended up ripping off some of my shingles allowing water to seep into my bathroom causing water damage to the ceiling. I called Steve immediately to see if he could help me out. Steve along with his crew was at my home within an house assessing and fixing my problem. Steve personally followed up to make sure I was pleased with the service. Veteran Restoration is a top notch company. They aren’t some type of fly by night company. They are the real deal and they really care. I am behind pleased with the level of professionalism and character. If I have any needs in the future no doubt I will be calling them!!!

Veterans Restoration came to our rescue after Hurricane Ian in Fort Myers, Florida. We were at a loss about what to do. When we met the owner of Veteran we were immediately comfortable with the company and their plans to dry our house. It was a big job- lots of water. Within 3 days after job commencement they were putting in the fans for drying. We now have a dry house and can commence reconstruction. The entire Veteran team of 10+ worked together to save what we could and carried out what we couldn’t save all while doing the prep for drying. The technology they use and their ability to work with insurance company was amazing and put our minds at ease. They even provided assistance to the contractor for the rebuild and worked with the insurance adjuster. Thanks to all on the Veteran team.

When the big names were nowhere to be found, Veterans Restoration came all the way from Texas to my rescue. Hurricane Ian flooded my house and Jeeps. I was totally overwhelmed. Steve, Mike and their crew came in and sprang into action. I am so thankful for their incredibly professional and fast help!

I was hit hard by Hurricane Laura. After cleaning up most of the debris, a friend suggested I contact Steve at Veteran Restoration. Steve drove all the way down from Dallas, helped finish tarping up my roof which he didn’t have to do, and went to work quickly doing demo, drying and dehumidifying, and finally spraying antimicrobial on my home. The work they had done was extremely thorough, efficient, and professional. Then, a second hurricane, Hurricane Delta hit. Without hesitation, the team was back in action drying my home again.Their dedication in the Cameron Parish and Lake Charles, Louisiana areas was remarkable. In the end, with the estimates they wrote, we were able to max out our insurance claim and build much stronger than before. They stayed in contact, pushing the insurance company to pay out the ENTIRE TIME until it happened. If you have water damage from a broken line or a major storm, do yourself a favor and eliminate any hassle with insurance. Use this business and it will be much easier and save you a ton of headache. I heard many people say they don’t need it and just dried their houses with fans, and now have mold inside their walls. Many thanks to Steve, Sean, and the Veteran Restoration team for saving my home and my sanity.

I saw the Veteran Restoration Truck outside a restaurant and approached Steve and Jason at their table after they had eaten to ask them about a flooring issue I was having with water damage. Both were very responsive to my inquiry and I arrange to call them to make an appointment. This was on a Friday. The following Monday, which was also Labor Day, I called, meaning to leave a message to let them know our contractor was onsite removing some flooring and arrange for Steve to come see it. Steve answered and said he’d be right over. He arrived about 30 minutes later with his water meter and took some readings. He came back today with a thermal imager to see if there was still an active water leak and confirmed there doesn’t appear to be one. I really appreciate how responsive Steve was and how he used the water meter and thermal imager to confirm there was no active link. I will be recommending him for anyone who needs water mitigation/restoration services. Thank you for your Service, Steve and for employing veterans and using other veteran-owned services. Semper Fi!

Customer service this great is not experienced often and I must say the service I received today was the best I’ve had in a while. My garage flooded from the rain and Steven was available to almost immediately help remove the water from the outside of my garage. The water from inside the garage had receded but he still assisted me without hesitation. He ensured all of the water from the driveway was removed and also volunteered to help me move my personal belongings within the garage. He accessed the problem, concluded I have a drainage issue and is referring me to an irrigation specialist so I won’t have to continue to worry about future flood problems. He had a friendly personality, he was upbeat and I could tell he is all around a sincere and genuine person. As a veteran, I support veteran owned operations and I would like to say thank you for your service.

Steve worked on multiple properties during Hurricane Florence, I heard nothing but great things from the home owners during this catastrophic event. The owners told me that Veteran Restoration responded quickly and worked with their insurance carriers throughout the claims process. The work was managed and completed professionally and in timely manner, Steve worked throughout the night on multiple occasions just to get the home owners back in their homes worry free.

I highly recommend Veteran Restoration. They are quick to respond to your call, professional, and have an outstanding work ethic. Steven thoroughly explains the process, what to expect, and works with your insurance company. All of which help ease the stress in a stressful situation. All of my questions and concerns were taken care of. I couldn’t be more impressed with this company and the work they have done.
