5 months and still not complete. Paid over 15,000$ and every attempt to finish our floors has come unanswered. Each time we’re given excuse after excuse. Telling us over and over again that someone will arrive “for sure” and then no on shows up.. we keep asking but we either get no response or a response hours or days later. This has happened so many times you can’t believe a word from anyone you talk to. Jose is the contractor. Avoid at all costs. Professionalism is not a word there familiar with. Will change the review only if someone actually sends someone here to do the job we paid for.

Mike Garcia of Texas Pride was at my house, assessing the water damage and undertaking a plan of action less than 2 hours after my initial contact with the company. He was courteous, thorough and very professional. It’s never a happy event when you need the type of services offered by Texas Pride, but it’s certainly the time you want to be confident that the job will be handled correctly. I highly recommend them.

Michael with Texas Pride was so helpful during our recent restoration. He was always very attentive and available to answer any questions we had despite his busy schedule. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth process. If this were to ever happen again we will contact Texas Pride.

I had an unfortunate experience that a washing machine was not reinstalled correctly and water emptied out onto the floors and seeped through the walls intuí other rooms of the house. I called Mike at about 7p on Memorial Day and he went right over and gave me a professional assessment with all details included in the work that he saw that was needed. His confidence was reassuring. Even after initial work had begun, more water was found and he came out and tended to it. He did not do any unnecessary deconstruction of the walls/baseboards/carpet related to the work. Now everything is dried and the new floors are saved, the quick work saved the baseboards and the walls from needing any replacement. I hope I will not have to, but if I do ever need their help again, I have Mike’s number saved in my phone, and I will absolutely give them a call.

Noticed a water leak late one night. Mike was out the following morning and identified the leak and that same day started the drying process for our home. After dealing with our insurance, they came back out to finish with floors, new drywall, and painting. Work was done quick and efficiently. All in, process took about 5-6 weeks due to some weather and our own indecisiveness about new flooring and paint. If not for that it would’ve been finished within a week or so. Sam our project manager was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process as was Mike.

Sam Guinn with his assistant, José and his Texas Pride Restoration team did an outstanding job for us when we were devastated by a very destructive water flood in our home. During their initial walk-through with us, they assured us they would quickly and professionally restore our property to the upmost of their ability. They worked closely with our insurance company and us to provide all the necessary information and repairs to speedily restore our home to its original condition and even better. They truly exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process! I would highly recommend him and his company if and when you need restoration work. Charles M.

Sam and Josh and the crews did an excellent job of restoring our living room after the dreaded leaking pipe upstairs caused our living room ceiling to collapse. They stayed in touch and had various crews repair the ceiling, crown molding and floor and painted the walls. The living room actually looks better now than it did before the disaster.
