We had an expansion tank burst in our office at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon. Water flooded the office and brought the ceiling down. I called Jimmy Garza and they were all over it. They responded quick and got the job done. Not only did they extract the water but they cleaned up the mess for us and made sure they left us in good shape. The whole crew was professional and respectful. I would highly recommend Jimmy Garza be your first call if you have a water extraction need!

This is a great company. I had a water emergency definitely a bad day, I called around and was given the number for Jimmy Garza. I spoke with Diana she was reassuring and professional made me feel like I was in good hands. The service only got better from there. Cesar C. came out gave me an estimate for the scope of work that would be needed. I was not excited to pay that bill, but when it comes to your families health you step up and take care of it. A crew came out less than 48 hours later and began to work. This crew was phenomenal, Cesar C., Pete, Cesar A., were professional, understood about my concern for family and pets. They explained the process and how safe for people and pets their equipment and cleaners are. The most important thing is how safe you feel with people in your home. This crew could come over to dinner with me and my family any night, that is how great they are. Thank you for everything, highly recommend, 10/10 would use them again.

Jimmy Garza is by far the best company to work with. Their customer service and quality of work exceeds the rest by far. Ive used them for several circumstances and they have always been through with their work. They keep you informed from start to finish. The workers that come out are very kind and efficient as well. I highly recommend them for your restoration needs!

Absolutely fabulous!!! I called Jimmy Garza and spoke with Diana who was extremely pleasant and helpful, she told me that she could have someone here within an hour. Cesar showed up as promised and was very knowledgeable , professional and polite, he went through the whole process with me and had his team here quickly. His team consisted of three very knowledgeable and polite gentlemen who worked very efficiently to get the water out of my house. Thank you for making this situation as stress free as possible.

Do Not Call this company. Receptionist was told exactly the job that needed to be done and where it was leaking. She said her guys could do the job and sent them out. Once the guys got here, they said they don’t do this type of job on the weekends because they don’t use or have access to that particular machine on weekends. Employees were confused as to why they would be sent out when everyone within their company knows they don’t use that machine on particular days. I was still charged the $150 for the service call just to tell me they can’t do work until Monday or Tuesday. I guess they shouldn’t be called “Emergency” water removal if they have to wait a few days in order to use machines. If I would’ve known all this information, I would’ve waited until Monday or Tuesday to call and actually made the $150 worth it. Employees were disappointed with their management when they got told they still have to charge me.

I wholeheartedly recommend Jimmy Garza and his exceptionally skilled, professional, and courteous team. They exceeded my expectations during the stressful situation of my house flooding. A ruptured supply line left standing water inside my house and flowing out of my garage. They promptly came to my home to assess the damage, provide an estimate, and immediately sprang into action. They provided constant updates along with progress photos of their work. This is the second time I’ve needed their emergency services over the years. On both occasions, they swiftly put me at ease, reassuring me that I was in capable hands. Don’t hesitate to call Jimmy and his team!

We were sent to this company and got scammed we previously had a leak and used a different company and I wish I remembered who they were. Jimmy Garza charged us over $2,000 to cut the drywall out of our ceiling and puts some fans in our house for 2 days. It was ridiculous and one of the guys tried to justify the prices. Our insurance happened to show us the fact that they double charged us on multiple services they “provided “. Jimmy Garza also didn’t repair the drywall they removed. What is the $2,000 for?

Please stay away from this company. We have good insurance that took care, without any issues, of all the repairs after we got a slab leak in our new home. Of course, except for the crazy charges without sense that Jimmy Garza did. We got minimum damage in our home in a small section. They used like 10 huge fans and 2 huge dehumidifiers that were unnecessary. They even used little pieces of blue painter tape for no reason and charged like $300 dollars for just that. Of course, insurance wasn’t going to pay for all that nonsense leaving us to pay out of pocket. They didn’t even dry our carpet, which made it smell, and we had to replace it. Unfortunately, this was the first time that this happened to us, and we didn’t know any better, but now we know, and I want to help you not fall for their scam. Funny enough just to give you an idea, they charged more than the repair itself for the leak, and the contractor to repair the damage to our floors and the mess Jimmy Garza did taking off our base boards.
