I came home from a family dinner on a weekday and found a major leak in my home. Called their company and they had a water mitigation crew there in a little over an hour. They assessed, setup industrial equipment and briefed me on my next steps within an hour. They followed up daily to see the progress of the drying out the damages. Then got their estimator in quickly and got the estimate to my insurance within a day. The estimate never got kicked back by my insurance and now I’ll be starting the renovation soon. I love how they are a one stop shop company. Makes the process easier, and a big shout out to Isaac. Solid dude that does everything he say he will.

Great company to deal with. Especially in a such a frustrating and stressful situation. All personnel we dealt with were highly professional and did their job well. We even had some questions after everything was done and they were happy to help and point us in the right direction. Very happy and would highly recommend Complete.

This company has been consistent and very accessible. We received a call from Isaac as soon as we reported our issue and he was at our house the very next morning to assess the situation. Isaac and Mark have come to the house everyday during our plumbing ordeal making sure everything is OK and to make sure our needs are met. He has kept in contact via phone, text and in person, expamining in detail and answering all questions as well as dealing with the insurance directly. We are very satisfied and highly recommend their services. We will keep them on speed dial for future restoration needs.

I had water damage from leaking pipe in the wall. It caused water damage to the dry wall and base boards in both bathrooms. After the plumbers were done with their work, I called complete fire and water restoration and y’all came out that same day and set up fans in each bathroom. It took a few days to dry everything. Very professional and polite and answered my questions (more than once). Thank you all. Will recommend you to friends and family!!!

I had Fire and Water damage on my property, due to an electrical failure. Complete made sure my family and I were taken care of throughout the whole process. They did a great job doing the restoration and managing my claim for me with Statefarm. I highly recommend Complete. It’s an awesome family owned business that is very trustworthy.
