Richard and John at Servpro are the BEST OF THE BEST! They were referred to use for a Mold issue in our home. They made it a priority to come all the way to austin to help address the issue. I can’t overstate the quality of service I’ve received after the disastrous leak that has ruined the downstairs living area of my home. State Farm’s replacement cost insurance policy sent Linda Frence to evaluate damage. She sent a top team of competent young men who worked diligently to get floors, walls and other content dried out. Next a team of very pleasant young women started the monumental task of wrapping furniture and accessories for a storage warehouse. Each piece is clearly labeled with my name and room from which the item was removed. All the boxes now go to a warehouse for safe storage until the damage and restoration is complete and I’ll have a home again. This has been extremely distressing but the confidence I have in SERVPRO helps tremendously. Many thanks to all those who have worked so carefully to preserve my furnishings for when I can return home and resume a normal life again.
