They were prompt, professional and transparent throughout the process, both in decision making and in experienced suggestions. We came in from mowing to find out house partially flooded! David and Mario responded quickly after we called and were professional and knowledgeable. They explained what needed to be done and how the process would flow. They came every day for 5 days to check the equipment and determine if progress was being made. They always asked if we had any questions and answered them thoroughly. We definitely appreciated their attention to detail! Our restoration was done professionally, and we are very pleased with their work. They treated our house like their own and we would highly recommend using Puro Clean of Brazos Valley. I hope you never have a pipe burst, let alone in the middle of the night. If you do, call PuroClean. Mario responded to our home within 20 minutes of our call despite it being before 7am. He was knowledgeable and professional. He asked permission before opening any closed doors or drawers and took the time to explain his tools, his process, and his concerns. Highly recommend. I came home to find most of my house flooded from a burst gasket. Mario and David were absolutely wonderful, they were able to respond that night, arrived quickly and started getting water out. Once equipment was set up, they monitored daily and kept me up to date on the situation; they were able to explain the process to me and give realistic expectations at every step. I hope I never have to call them again, but they’re definitely first on my list if I end up in a situation like that again.
