This was the preferred vendor for my insurance company. They came out within a couple of hrs after a water pipe burst in my house. Thank you to Manny and Dylan, polite, professional, they covered up everything because I was afraid of roaches getting in after they opened the wall, they also calmed my nerves about the water leak. Also manager Anthony was easy to contact and he came on the phone quickly and then came to my house personally to answer some questions, he was candid. My house is now dry and has no odor. I only wish that Servepro could have done the construction as well, they were too busy at the time. I’m still waiting to get my repairs done with another company. I like the way they treated me and were easy to call, both Manny and Anthony I called them several times, also the secretary was nice, and I do appreciate that.

The fault is mine The shock and confusion and damage was such that I did not remove some important items from the house soon enough. One area if concern. I had/have fragile items I wanted to be stored safer. They were old prints and oil paintings from long-deceased relatives. I found some of them outside exposed to the elements. Thankfully I was able to rescue some of them. The workers do good work. They have no idea what items the clients of ServPro hold sentimental. And rains come and they do protect items with tarps. Overall ServPro and their workers do a hangup job and the company provides a valuable service

Lucas from Servpro came out and did a free observation for my ceiling. As soon as I called him, he was here in less than 20 minutes and was able to tell me what was wrong. I definitely would recommend him and this company!
