I can’t recommend this company enough! We found a leak that had spread into our baseboards and carpet. They were able to come right away and treat the damaged area and prevent any further damage. Andrew and Ricky were professional, knowledgeable, great communicators, and efficient. They had everything they needed to remove baseboards, drywall, carpet, materials to treat structure, antimicrobial for mold, fans, and a dehumidifier which sped up the process tremendously. We are very thankful for their attention to detail, professionalism, and efficiency!

Bingham Restoration has been a pleasure to work with. From customer service outside of business hours throughout the project. I’m keen on communication and they are great on communication. Thoroughly explaining the damages and the steps they had to take to complete the project. In addition to great communication they were punctual at all appointments. They also thoroughly clean up afterwards which is always truly appreciated. The company is operates with a high standards and honesty which deserves a 5 star rating.

We had a water leak that caused significant damage. Bingham Restoration responded quickly to our need to dry out the section of our home. Jose and Jason brought extensive experience and resolved the issues quickly. They were always on time and very professional. Glad to have this issue resolved in a timely manner.

I had a leak in a pipe going out of my water heater and luckily shut it down before the damage became worse. After the pipe repair, my water heater guy recommended Bingham Restoration. I am usually cautious with certain referrals, but Bingham earned a spot on my A-Team. Martin came by the SAME DAY the repair was done and walked me through what PROPERLY needed to be done (due to mold and home resell). He showed me the damage on a FLIR thermal camera, so I knew work did not need to extend beyond the area. We went through the work scope, and the pros and cons of insurance or paying out of pocket. Luckily, my problem was minor, so I paid out of pocket. The price seemed reasonable, so I engaged them to come the next day. Justin was the project manager who did the actual work and brought along another gentleman. He said the work would take roughly 4 hours to demo the walls and stage the equipment to dry out the walls. He kept to the proposed schedule and worked diligently and closed off the areas they said they would. Fixtures were removed and carefully placed, and equipment was staged over the next 2 days. Monitoring was done as proposed, and after the job was complete, everything was removed and done. I came home and it appeared that THEY LEFT THE HOUSE CLEANER THAN IT WAS BEFORE, and we’re not slobs by any means. I had remodeled before, so I was prepared to do some serious cleaning, but it ended up being being mild vacuuming for my own satisfaction and not out of necessity. Martin suggested that it would be more budget friendly to look for a local handyman to replace and paint the drywall as opposed to a contractor. Even though he could have referred business to affiliates and contractors in their circle, he made a suggestion in my best interests. These are good guys who make you want to take a hammer to your water pipes just so you can hang out … and maybe clean better than you could 😛 THANK YOU MARTIN, JUSTIN, RYAN, AND BINGHAM for a great experience that could have been overwhelming. Easily a 5 star business operation! Wish you all continued success!

We had a smell emanating from the master bath. We were concerned there could be stagnate water under the shower. KMP plumbing recommended Bingham Restoration to make sure we didn’t have an issue. Martin from Bingham was right on time. He was polite, courteous and so knowledgeable. He was able to access the issue and determine that all was ok.

I was referred to Bingham restoration by CTX plumbing. Ryan came by promptly and assessed the damage to my house from a minor flood. He laid out a plan to take care of the damage and even did a video of that plan for his workers. They followed his plan, and dealt with the damage quickly.
