Called around 10 a.m., and despite us having horrible storms around 5:30 a.m., they were able to get techs out the same day to take a look. I caught water dripping down a bay of windows/small pooling at the base. Landon and Josh arrived, and did a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of the walls. Despite no clear cause, they continued to investigate. I appreciated their thoroughness. They were respectful, attentive, informative and efficient, as well as treated my space like it was their own home. I greatly appreciated their time/effort to get to the bottom of the issue, and would absolutely recommend working with them for water leaks/mitigation.

Restoration of our kitchen after a water leak took about 4 months. The initial remediation of water damage was handled quickly and very professionally by Hayden and Josh. Insurance negotiations took more time then expected. Also, there were some mistakes in the workmanship and miscommunications between lead personnel and workers which led to delays in the reconstruction process. Dustin intervened in the issues and redirected the remodel operations to Dennis Gray and Jose. Once they took on the reconstruction project things steadily moved forward in an expert manner. Cole and Shane were support staff that assisted too. We are very pleased with the finished product. We feel the overall experience deserves a 4 star rating.

Such great service ! My son called Dennis and they were here at 3 am! Shane, Cole and Juan did a wonderful job! Shanna did a great job cleaning up after all the work was done. Thank you for all you did! Call them when you need someone!

Cole did an excellent job today! He went “above and beyond”, worked very hard. He has a great work ethic, is very knowledgeable, and did really good work. It’s good to know that you can relax and know you’re in good hands with someone you can trust. I sincerely appreciated that. Have had a water damage claim from a freeze, and am so glad to have Water Rehab working on my claim and Cole and all the guys, who are just wonderful. They truly care about the customer and do very good work under very trying circumstances sometimes… Thanks!
