I have worked with Jenkins Restorations on multiple projects in middle TN. Some of the things that I look for in my contractors are responsiveness, workmanship quality and clarity on timelines through each phase of the construction process. Jenkins checks the box accross the board. Highly recommend them for anyone needing water/fire mitigation and a solid GC.

We had a water line break with 2-3 inches throughout our whole main floor (spring 2024) during a quick night freeze. We had just moved out of our home and put it on the market so no one was living there. Thankfully we caught it within the first 24 hours and with quick action from Zach water was vacuumed up! Fans & dehumidifiers were placed. Zach quick action saved us $$$ in repairs. Don’t hesitate call Jenkins ask for Zach he knows what he’s doing!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My project that was quoted at 3 months is now going on 8 months. I have been given nothing but excuses. I’m on my second project manager and second General Manager. They can’t keep people or they’re hiring the wrong ones. Communication is nonexistent. Timelines and calendars don’t exist. No QA/QC on estimates. I was told custom countertops were ordered in May… only to find out in October they never were when the Project Manager was fired. Didn’t realize countertops weren’t even in the estimate until Dec when the estimate was completed in April. This isn’t even half the issues. They already have cashed the insurance checks. I’ll be sure that my insurance company will never work with them again.

Called them on Wednesday after some issues with our place. Jordan showed up saturday evening & took care of most of it. But our trouble was with getting the dry wall guy Brandon to come give us an estimate or work on our place. It took him 3 long weeks to show up & give an estimate that was ridiculously EXPENSIVE. We got the job done through THUMBTACK for 1/4th of Jenkins quote . Would not use this place ever again for any work on our property. Expensive & unreliable folks. Made us wait so long for nothing.

(March 6) Came out for est. of roof repair. Very professional and they know what they’re doing. (March 16) After providing my insurance with an repair estimate, my insurance company approved it and processed my claim. I then received a call from a company employee stating that they could not do the work for the estimate they provided to my insurance company because it was not enough money ($6,300) to cover the repair and allow them a profit. The employee stated they would try to buy materials themselves rather than through a contractor to see if they could perform the repair. I informed my insurance company, and they determined to provide me two other contractors in my home town of Clarksville to contact. Both had good reviews, so I contacted one on March 17, a fully bonded and insured contractor, who has worked extensively with my insurance company. He came out that day and provided me a quote of $5,000 for the work. I have now contracted with him. It seems odd that this contractor can do the work for $1000 less, and still make a profit when Jenkins Restoration was needing even more.

After dealing with this company, I am SHOCKED that their reviews were anything higher than one star. I recently worked with Jenkins Restoration to repair a water leak I had in my house. My insurance company suggested them and from their reviews online, they seemed like a good company. The first employee I worked with was good, he brought fans to dry out the water and took a sample of the floor to test for mold. After about a week of no update and unable to get ahold of him, I called customer service to find out he no longer worked there. From this point, I feel like my file didn’t get passed along and I got overlooked. Weeks later, Terry was assigned to handle the mold removal and cleaning. He would never answer or return my calls to schedule the clean up. Days later, the branch manager Travis, called and apologized saying he was going to personally come do the work. The following week, I stayed home from work waiting on him to arrive. After an hour passed and unable to get ahold of him, I gave up waiting. Later on, he texted me saying “guys running behind I’ll see where they are I don’t have good service in Florida” after telling me he was PERSONALLY going to come do the work. I never heard from him again- no explanation, no apology, and nobody else ever reached out to take over. Days later with no response, I called customer service to get their equipment out of my house. After EIGHT WEEKS, the only work they actually did was dry the leak by leaving the fans running 24/7 the ENTIRE time running up an insane electric bill. I made it very clear that my son and I were having to stay with family because my house wasn’t livable at this point and they dragged us along for two months without helping us at all. I called a better company and my house was complete in two weeks. Do yourself a favor and pick a different company.

Hi we had a hot water leak under our home in our crawl space which caused quite a bit of damage. We were so very lucky to get Jenkins Restoration to come out for our water damage we encured. It was a very upsetting ordeal I was in tears worried about how they were gonna fix everything it had damaged ! But the moment our lead Technician Carter McCaig showed up with his two techs Jordan Brown and Noah Thompson I truly was set at ease how they were here to help and how they would take care of us and have our home back in order . I knew then we were in good hands. They were very professional, explained every step in detail and we’re very compassionate for what we were going through . They answered any and all questions we had . They went above and beyond to make sure it was all done correctly and in a very timely manner. I can honestly say out of all the years we have been using different companies for work around our home they are the BEST crew we have EVER had do any work at our property . I hope we never have to go through an ordeal like this again . But if we do , I will always call Jenkins Restoration and request Carter McCaig , Jordan Brown and Noah Thompson because I know it will be done right ! Very happy customers ! Thank you again !
