Can’t say enough great things about Preston and team, showing up on a Sunday night and acting quick saved us considerable damage and expense due to a pipe bursting, and follow up actions prevented us from having long term issues..great work, great communication, and very fair pricing, while I hope I don’t need to hire them again, if any issues arise they will be my first call..Highly recommended!!!

We recently had Preston over to check out our house after water damage — we weren’t sure if another mitigation company hired via our HOA had done an OK job, and we had a number of lingering concerns. Preston did a walk-through of the entire unit, noticed subtleties that no other person had noticed so far, and offered a fair and honest assessment of the work and what needed to be done. He also refused to take any payment for it, even after spending quite a bit of time with us! I wish I’d gone with him to begin with. Thanks again Preston!

After our floor drain flooded I called IRS. Josh Gray came out the next day with fans and dehumidifier’s. A few days later he came out to demo and clean everything that was affected. He helped us out a great deal and was also affordable. Josh was professional, a great communicator, and a very hard worker. 5 star review. Would definitely use IRS again!

I had a water damage in my garage I called IRS and they sent over Aaron who was friendly and professional. The crew did a great job and I hope I won’t have to but if I do have anymore problems I will call them. I would also recommend to family

We were one of the unfortunate nolensville residents whose fire suppression system froze and burst on us during this years hard freeze. A neighbor who showed up to help us in the craziness recommended IRS, as they had used them previously For a small leak in their home. Within what seemed 30 minutes IRS had a team on site with all kind of machines and instantly began cleanup, restoration, and loss mitigation. Throughout the dry down process over the following week, they were extremely communicative and Informative. Would highly recommend!

Preston and his entire team are everything you need when emergency strikes. We have used IRS multiple times now and the response, communication, reliability, quality, cleanliness and professionalism are both consistent and world class. I wouldn’t trust anyone else and am grateful to have found them. Not only can you count on them to do the physical dirty work but they are highly experienced working with insurance, making my life so much easier!
