We don’t have enough good things to say about Mikel and PJ at Innovative Restorations. Their dedication to the health and safety of our home was evident from the beginning of the process until it was finished. They patiently worked with our insurance adjuster and worked quickly and efficiently.

Got work done with y’all, hired someone else for a second opinion and still found mold among other things. This place isn’t worth the toilet paper I flush down the toilet. UPDATE: 3 rooms have needed to be redone all the way down to my sub flooring. Missed mold, water, and human waste during your water meter inspection. Something that should’ve been finished when y’all had us sign at the beginning of the year has now trickled into August. Thank you for displacing my family and indirectly making our home uninhabitable for months now. Truly thank you.

Mason not only did a great job in encapsulating and installing a dehumidifier my crawl space, he’s done a great job in checking they system as part of my maintenance plan and repairing the encapsulation material after I replaced my hot water heater. I can’t say enough good things about Innovative Restorations. The quality of their work, their professionalism, and their follow through are exemplary. I highly recommend them.

Innovative Restoration has provided always provided timely, professional, and responsive services. I have used them multiple times to assist my remodeling company. I’m always impressed by the kindness and thorough care they bring to property owners. I can’t think of anyone who does a better job at turning a difficult situation into a good one.

This company was awesome to use , who wants to wake up to water issues had turned on my dishwasher before bed and woke up to a soaked kitchen Calle Innovative Restorations and they where out before I knew it and the technician was very calming and walked us through the whole process start to finish and what to expect , very professional and did a fantastic job helping me call my insurance company ! I would highly recommend Innovative Restorations to anyone looking for a great company to take care of you and treat your hone with respect !

PJ has been wonderful. We are needing some work done to our crawlspace and we had several companies come out and look and give recommendations. PJ is very responsive and truly wants to help you fix the problem and not just put a Band-Aid on it. They are very easy to get ahold of, which I appreciate. I would highly recommend!

PJ, Mason and the other two guys (SORRY y’all I forgot your names 🤦🏼‍♀️) were AMAZING! They communicated with me DAILY about my project. PJ showed up within an hour of the emergency call that went in from my plumber. My plumber suggested their services as I am new to the area and did not know who to call. PJ was VERY professional and helpful, walking me thru the whole process and was beyond patient as I asked 1 million questions many of them the same ones over and over in regards to my insurance claim. He was very knowledgable and was able to help me navigate my insurance claim since this was the 1st one I’ve ever experienced. The whole company is kind, caring and compassionate. You can tell that they truly care about their clients and want to help them during a very difficult and stressful time. I HOPE to goodness I NEVER need their services again BUT If I should, they will be the 1st people I call.
