They actually answer the phone, the person was super nice and listed to what I had going on. Passed the info onto dispatch, very professional and courteous. They Tech Randy’s crew were finishing up a job and came out after about 3-4 hour wait. Tech Randy called in route and once they arrived and assessed everything called with an update. Currently it’s being written up and an estimate should appear to me very soon. I found the tech Randy very reliable as it matched up with what I was able to investigate online. Tech Randy was top notch and I’m hoping the estimate comes in along with a number I don’t need to give and arm or leg for. I’m going to ask for the Tech Randy crew to be the ones going to be dispatched when ready for repair. I’m so glad they were recommended in the Facebook group I’m in for Modular Homes, I searched leak inspections. I’m adding photos of damage and will update with repairs after they are made.

Randy A. was amazing. My dog got ahold of a skunk and drug an ALIVE skunk into my house. The smell was so bad that it would take your breath away. We called and Randy made sure to work us in the same day to start the air scrubber machines. He was super helpful and took the time to answer our questions about the options we had to get the skunk oil and smell out of our home. Highly recommend!

Randy and his crew are the best in the business. They are fast and efficient. After hours He is always here fast and most recently Randy, Luke, and Drew worked from midnight to 8am really helped us in a bind and didn’t leave till we were happy great and reliable crew. Randy and ServPro of Johnson city are the only clean up crew I will use. Thank you again for such great service.

I’ve used ServPro nationwide for commercial construction projects with excellent results. Here, locally in the Tri-Cities, I needed help with my own home renovation; renovation of a 100-year old. The house was a disaster when I purchased it. The first floor flooring was covered with filthy and possibly toxic carpet, which probably had never been cleaned for 20 years or more. ServPro removed the carpet and padding with hundreds upon hundreds of nails and staples throughtout the first floor. Additionally, the ServPro crew removed all of the drop ceilings throughout the first floor along with the track systems. Again, filth rained down but the ServPro team hung in and cleared everything away. And they cleaned the duct system to remove the lingering dust and debris in the air. The team recognized the challenges working in the unique environment of a100-year old house and they were careful when going about their work. With over 30 years in commercial construction, I’ve encountered contractors with various levels of skill sets ranging from grossly inadequate to highly skilled craftsmen. Randy Attaway and Luke Christian, with the Washington County ServPro, are definitely in the skilled craftsmen category. These individuals will work diligently with other ServPro team members to complete any challenging job they may face from day to day. They work well together and are respectful of their customers.
