It’s frightening when you have a water leak that has ruined your kitchen on the Saturday before 4 July.. On recommendation of a friend we called Carefree..Sam was there in 30 minutes to assess the situation..Derrick and Parker were there shortly after to stop the damage. These guys are amazing!

Carefree Restorations really came through for us after the first company we contacted dropped the ball and left us with a very tight time frame. Sam was very responsive and fit us in the schedule even though they had a very busy week. They worked very hard and did a great job in a very short amount of time. We recently purchased a home only to discover a major mold problem due to an unresolved leak in the basement. Sam promptly came out to our property and assessed the damages. He explained their entire process in detail and provided us regular site visits and updates along the way. His team was also very friendly and professional. They also provided us with regular updates and answered all of our questions along the way. We were so impressed with how hard they worked and the fact that they cleaned and hauled away all of the sheetrock that they took down. We have been so overwhelmed with navigating this issue and we are just so grateful for Sam and his team supporting us through this process. It’s very hard to find trustworthy businesses these days but Carefree Restoration went above and beyond to deliver a quality service in an honest and trustworthy manner. We will go back to them if we ever need services in the future.

Nathan, Parker and the rest of the team were excellent. They were very professional, timely, great communication, and always on time. We used Carefree Restoration for a water leak problem and they did a great job on both the cleanup phase and restoring everything back to its original shape. We were extremely pleased with their service and recommend them highly. I would not hesitate to call them again. Their tile, plumbing, drywall, and painting crew were all top notch.

He always answered our questions & also walked us through whatever was going on, giving us detailed information to make sure we really felt comfortable & informed. Sam and his team were amazing…Nathan had them here at the ungodly hour of 3 am – to save our house from the water damage. We felt totally taken care of by them. We had planned to go out of town the following morning but were reconsidering given the disaster. But Sam reassured us that everything would be taken care of and urged us to go. Sam called or texted everyday we were away to keep us informed. Amazing team work. They were definitely angels sent to us.

Carefree has been incredible. they showed up for the flood minimizing 45 mins after I called them at 2:15 AM ! And the star of it all has been Sam Aguilar. He’s been there every step of the way, calling and dropping by to keep us informed along the way with the progress of the restoration. I’d choose this company again just for Sam. Thanks Sam! .
