Hi everyone. My name is tayler and I’m a crew chief here at servpro. I just wanted to come on here and give a review so everyone can know what great and wonderful humans this company is owned by and run by. Last night I was kicked out of my “familys” house completely unjustified. I moved here from New Jersey and know no one here except the people i work with. This morning i found myself and my dog in a hotel i had no way of paying for for another night. I texted my manager taylor and asked him if I could bring the dog to work. He said yes and off to work we went. When I got there I was nervous about who was going to take care of him while I was out because he couldn’t sit in the truck in this heat. The women in the mitigation office,Anna, eryn, and Emma jumped in to take care of my boy. But that’s not even half of it. I texted my owner, Cory, and asked for advance on my check because I was broke until payday. He got ahold of his wife who got ahold of her dad and they got me a hotel for a little bit, a nice one too. We always say we want to use people who help their employees right, well this company is it!! They jumped right into action and by 12pm I had a hotel room for my doggo and me to rest our heads. When I first started in February they of course gave me the whole thing about were a family and as always i shrugged it off because everyone always says that. But man let me tell you. They heard I needed help and they reached out their hand, then reached out the other one. These owners, managers, office workers, and everyone in-between looked out for me in ways I’ve never been looked out for in my life. They helped me with no questions asked, not one. Something else I’ve never had before. They used the connections they have to help and care about their employee. So if you’re going to use anyone for your restoration needs use them. I’ve worked for 5 servpros now and I’ve never had a boss step up in this huge way. To Cory, Jane Anne, and her dad Jeff I will forever be grateful and forever remember this. I haven’t stopped crying in pure gratitude for what you have all done for me. Thank you guys so much for showing me what a servpro family does.

Andre &Tayler did a great job assessing our damage and removing the wet areas. They set up blowers and cleaned up as much as possible. Of course, much more work to be done.

SERVPRO of Sumner County are the complete one stop shop. They showed up on time to take care of my Flooded basement. Did the demo in one day, Dried out the basement and treated any mold odors. The contact person Dorian was excellent. The girl leading the demo crew. Taylor did a fantastic job and Ashley who led the reconstruction of the whole basement including flooring drywall plumbing granite did a phenomenal job. Can’t speak highly enough about it. Their communication is excellent. They keep you informed all along the way when they’re gonna be there when to expect subcontractors just an overall good experience, I enthusiastically recommend these people to anyone. Dean Darr. …
