I’m very pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness of this company. My home sustained water damage due to a leak on a Sunday afternoon, and ServiceMaster had someone there to start the cleanup/drying process within an hour of being contacted! They were in contact with me each day and explained each step of the process in detail. I’m very happy with my decision to go with ServiceMaster!

We had a water issue in our bonus room and we called before 5am on a Saturday morning. We immediately received a call back and a representative, Jon, was at our house within an hour (and we live at least 45 minutes away from Service Master). We were so impressed and he helped us so much. He did a fantastic job taking care of the problem and guiding us with his knowledge.

I have used this company for years. They’ve cleaned carpets, furniture and area rugs. They were always professional, were there when there when they were scheduled and always strived to please. I would and do recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you all for being my go to company!

We moved into an older house thats carpets were not in the best conditions. The guys arrived on time. They really worked hard at making our carpets look the best they could. Very courteous. Explained eveything they were doing to treat the bad areas. I really appreciated the service. We are getting ready to replace the flooring and would use their service in the future.. I would recommend them.
