So happy we went with Dan and Justin with Service Master to resolve our mold issue. They were very professional and friendly. Knowing that my wife was super allergic to mold, they went above and beyond to make sure she could return home without issues. They didn’t stop when they thought they had all the mold remediated. They kept going to verify that they did get all of it. I will highly recommend them to anyone that has mold or contamination issues in the future.

Did great on the flood mitigation, then handed them a check to do my floor and didn’t hear anything for 4 months but “hey we will get to it”. Then when I ask for the money back it’s short by 1/4th. Services for holding the check I guess. As a disabled veteran that had just been combat medically retired for injuries this was a significant blow. Already down on my luck, it limited me to what I could now afford to have done by workers that would actually get it done. But I hope they enjoyed that money, my son and I would have since we lost everything in that flood after serving for 24yrs.

Sent them the details of what we needed fixed on our house. All they were worried about was how much the insurance company paid us out. I refused to give them this information until I received an estimate from their company. At that time I received no further communication from this company. This is at a time when my house is severely damaged and all we want is a company that is willing to get the job done in a professional way. What they didn’t know is if they priced higher than what the insurance company allotted us then insurance still would have covered the extra. Way to let a potential customer down. Moving on to a smaller more professional company that values the importance of the customers and their time.

Daniel and his entire operation were absolutely incredible. Not only did they do high-quality work, they were fast, responsive, honest, open, and genuinely just a great group of people. We ended up working with several teams on various elements of the repair, and I would choose them all again over anyone else if I had opportunity. I do NOT plan to have this sort of thing happen again, but the results look better than the original and I got to meet some fantastic people who all felt like family while they were here. Huge kudos to all of you!

We had a ice maker waterline leak. ServiceMaster totally saved our beautiful hardwood kitchen floor.Their experience and specialized hardwood drying equipment made all the difference. We didn’t have to replace any of our hardwood flooring.

Thankful and Grateful for them….They came out to my house quickly and dried it out from the water pipe burst. They help me get back in my house extremely quick. They were also very polite and nice. Yes I would recommend them to everybody. Thanks Service Master!
