Your Way Customz 10 months agoBEWARE: DO NOT Hire! The owner Roger was pre-paid for work that he did not perform. Legal action was taken and although the court rightfully sided on our behalf this person took our hard earned money and ran. Read the reviews as it seems he keeps doing this to other customers. He gets your money before finishing work and then disappears with it. He was supposed to demo a small size deck, recreate it and add a roof with electric work over it. He hired a helper who actually performed most of the work that was done. The helper created the new deck. At this point, the railings around the deck, the roof and electric work which was the bulk of the project remained to be done. This is when Roger asked us for the bulk of the money to be paid and we complied. He then began with car problems, stomach issues and back pain. He disappeared for weeks without even calling or texting. We paid him over 10k for a small deck which is all that was done.

Smoky Mountain Home Renovations a month agoAnswered a knock at the door one day turned into a new roof and I can say they did a fantastic job they started at 8 am and by 3:30 I had a new roof great experience from the knock on the door to the roof being done Cody the salesman was very polite and even came back to make sure that all the nails were out of the yard

They are knowledgeable, honest and really take the time to figure out the very best solutions for each unique situation. They have so many options of finishes and hardware and offer honest and sound advise on what will work best. Make sure and visit their showroom and see how their production is done in house right here in East Tennessee. It makes the whole process so much easier! Thanks, Dan! Blount County Construction a year agoJoe and his team are the absolute best. I contacted Joe a couple of weeks before I was due to move into a house that I’d just bought with a laundry list of things that I wanted done – like installing wood flooring, painting the entire house, converting a half bath to a full bath, putting in a closet, and several other things. Joe and his team got to work right away and did such a great job. The night before I moved in, Joe and his guys worked until 2am to make sure that the house was move in ready. I couldn’t believe it. Several months after I moved into my house, I was ready to remodel my kitchen so I reached out to Joe again and he helped me with that too. I have had a number of experiences with contractors and been disappointed each time. Finally I know what working with a contractor should be like. If you need a reliable, reasonably priced, and hard working contractor, I absolutely recommend Joe Johnson and Blount County Construction. I realize that I sound like a paid reviewer writing this, but I can’t help it – I was just that impressed with Joe and his team.

Leafguard Gutter Protection 3 days agoOur sales rep, Megan Dockery, was excellent! Arrived exactly on time, was very relaxed, friendly, confident presenting her knowledge of the product & just a joy to have visit our home (and pets). Everything she said and scheduled is exactly what happened. We haven’t had any good rain since the day they were installing, but everything looks great & is as we expected. The install crew was punctual, pleasant & hardworking, especially during the downpours. Highly recommend Megan & her company!
