i made an appointment to have my new house cleaned and they booked a week out, when the day came they called and said they’re not accepting new clients they have “bigger clients” to tend to. super unprofessional and unorganized.

Nate, Bill, and Will were absolutely amazing to work with! We had a pipe fitting burst, spraying at full pressure for over 13 hours at a commercial site. Bathrooms, warehouse, server room, conference room — thousands of square feet soaked. An absolute nightmare. Nate and his team arrived quickly, immediately started remediating, and assessing how best to dry the site in the best way possible. Nate’s knowledge of code and compliance was truly impressive. The team was friendly, responsive to any and all questions, and I truly felt like they had our best interests in mind. I couldn’t recommend SERVPRO of South Greenville more!

A++++++++++ service and team! We called Servpro in a panic when our toilet overflowed from the bathroom into the bedroom… major ick. Khristy set my mind at ease immediately, took our info and sent out the BEST team of experts to help us: Josh M, JJ and Stryder. Josh and team were prompt, professional, pros/experts with this type of remediation, and wonderfully caring. They turned a crisis into a nuisance. And all on Presidents Day! I am so thankful for everyone at ServPro of South Greenville. Thank you so, so, so much 💕

We recently had a kitchen fire and Servepro was the first ones we called. They walked us through the process and kept us informed every step of the way. I always knew I could count on Christina and Nikki in the office to answer my calls. I also felt very comfortable with Elise, Amber & Shyanne being in our home while we weren’t there. They took care of all our items and advocated for us with the insurance company! Great Work Team!
